ALL IN Recruit ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of children. This Children's Privacy Notice describes our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information from children under the age of 13 in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"), 15 U.S.C. § 6501 et seq., and the FTC's COPPA Rule, 16 C.F.R. Part 312.

2. Parental Consent Required

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If a child under 13 wishes to use ALL IN Recruit, a parent or legal guardian must:

• Review this Children's Privacy Notice and our full Privacy Policy
• Provide verifiable parental consent before the child submits any personal information
• Create and manage the account on behalf of the child

By creating an account for a child under 13, the parent or guardian confirms they have read, understood, and consented to the collection and use of the child's information as described herein.

3. Information We Collect from Children

With verifiable parental consent, we may collect the following information from users under 13:

• Name and contact information (as provided by a parent/guardian)
• Athletic statistics and performance data
• Academic records uploaded by the parent/guardian
• Photos and videos (uploaded with parental consent)
• School name and graduation year

We do not collect more personal information from children than is reasonably necessary to participate in the platform's activities.

4. How We Use Children's Information

Information collected from children under 13 is used solely to:

• Provide and maintain the recruiting profile service
• Enable sharing of the profile with college coaches and recruiters as directed by the parent/guardian
• Communicate with parents/guardians about account activity
• Improve platform features and performance

We do not use children's personal information for targeted advertising or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Disclosure of Children's Information

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information of children under 13 with third parties, except:

• With service providers who assist in operating our platform (under strict confidentiality agreements)
• When required by law or to protect the safety of users
• With college coaches and recruiters, only when the parent/guardian explicitly shares the profile link

6. Parental Rights

Parents and legal guardians have the right to:

• Review the personal information we have collected from their child
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete their child's personal information from our records
• Refuse further collection or use of their child's information
• Withdraw consent at any time by contacting us

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect the personal information of all users, including children, against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain personal information of children only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. Upon a parent's request to delete their child's data, we will remove it from our active systems within 30 days.

9. Changes to This Notice

We may update this Children's Privacy Notice from time to time. We will notify parents/guardians of material changes by email or by posting a prominent notice on our platform. Continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
