1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ALL IN Recruit ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ALL IN Recruit provides a platform for student-athletes to create recruiting profiles and share them with college coaches and recruiters via external profile links. The Service includes profile creation tools, video and media hosting, AI-powered recruiting tools, and analytics. The Service does not include in-app messaging, a coach portal, or recruiter discovery features — all sharing is athlete-initiated through links you control.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Age Requirements

The Service is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Service. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) for users under 13.

5. Subscription and Payments

ALL IN Recruit Pro requires payment of a one-time setup fee and monthly subscription fee. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Pay the one-time fee of $149 and monthly fee of $9.99 (or current pricing at time of purchase)
• Subscription fees are billed monthly and will auto-renew unless cancelled
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in our Refund Policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice

6. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload to the Service (photos, videos, documents, text). By uploading content, you grant ALL IN Recruit a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

You are solely responsible for your content and agree not to upload content that:

• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains false, misleading, or inaccurate information
• Is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or discriminatory
• Contains viruses or malicious code

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data collection and usage practices.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Transmit spam or unsolicited communications
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality are owned by ALL IN Recruit and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

You may also permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time, directly within the app — no need to contact support. Open the Support tab in your athlete dashboard and tap "Delete Auth Account". This immediately and permanently removes your profiles, recruiting data, and platform access. You may also request deletion by emailing us at theallinrecruit@gmail.com as a fallback. This action cannot be undone.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee recruiting results or college placement.

12. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ALL IN Recruit, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ALL IN Recruit from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
