College Transfer Hub

Transfer with Strategy. Protect Your Eligibility.

The college transfer process has changed. Athletes are no longer evaluated only by stats, film, and roster fit. Today, coaches and programs are also looking at leadership, character, academic readiness, and mental performance.

ALL IN Recruit helps college athletes create a complete transfer profile that showcases who they are, what they bring to a program, and how they are preparing for the next opportunity — athletically, academically, and personally.

For College Athletes Exploring a Transfer

Transferring is not just about finding another uniform. It is about finding the right fit.

The right school should match your athletic goals, academic pathway, personal values, mental performance needs, playing opportunity, and long-term future. Whether you are entering the portal for more playing time, a stronger academic program, a better team culture, a higher competitive level, or a fresh start — your next move needs to be strategic.

ALL IN Recruit gives college athletes a professional digital recruiting identity designed to help them be seen clearly, evaluated properly, and prepared for serious conversations.

This is not just a profile.

This is your transfer story, your athletic résumé, and your next-play strategy.

What Makes the College Transfer Process Different Now

The modern transfer process moves fast. Coaches are managing roster limits, scholarship budgets, transfer windows, academic eligibility, and team culture all at once. After the House settlement, Division I schools that opt in may offer direct student-athlete compensation under a capped revenue-sharing model. Division II and Division III schools are not part of the House revenue-sharing framework.

That means transfer athletes need more than a highlight reel. They need a complete picture.
