Recruiting Outcomes Disclaimer

1. No Guarantee of Outcomes

ALL IN Recruit is a digital profile and recruiting tools platform. While we are committed to providing the best possible tools to help student-athletes present themselves professionally, we make absolutely no guarantee, express or implied, regarding any recruiting outcome. This includes but is not limited to:

• That any college coach, recruiter, or athletic director will view your profile
• That any school, program, or team will respond to outreach initiated through or inspired by this platform
• That any athlete will be recruited by any school at any level
• That any athlete will receive a scholarship offer of any kind (full, partial, or walk-on)
• That any athlete will be offered a roster spot on any team
• That creating or maintaining a profile will improve an athlete's chances of recruitment
• That any AI-generated college suggestions, scouting reports, or level predictions will match actual recruiting interest
• That any coach outreach emails generated by the platform will result in a response

2. Recruiting is Competitive and Uncertain

The college athletic recruiting process is highly competitive, complex, and dependent on many factors entirely outside the control of ALL IN Recruit, including but not limited to:

• An athlete's individual athletic ability and performance
• Academic qualifications and eligibility
• A school's roster needs, budget, and coaching decisions
• NCAA, NAIA, or NJCAA eligibility determinations
• Timing, geographic preferences, and program fit
• Changes in coaching staff or program direction

ALL IN Recruit has no influence over any college program's recruiting decisions and cannot advocate on behalf of any athlete to any school or program.
